Announcing Interactive Cards 2
I'm excited to announce the second Interactive Card book from Annie's Attic, which features 5 of my cards, two of which are on the cover!
I was very excited to be asked to contribute for the second book but totally amazed to get my book this week and find out I got the whole cover! I also want to thank my friend, Kathy Berger, for giving permission to use one of her templates for one of the cards I created for this issue. They spelled her name wrong in the book, however, which was disappointing, but I am glad she at least got a mention.
So since you can see both of these cards on the cover, I thought I might as well include both here:
Ingredients: Stamps – Create a Cupcake, Word Play, Petite Pairs, Designer Typeset; Paper – Birthday Basics Designer Series Paper, Champagne Glimmer, Raspberry Ripple, Crisp Cantaloup, Summer Starfruit, Gumball Green, Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana, Whisper White; Ink – Raspberry Ripple, Basic Black; Markers – Bermuda Bay, Summer Starfruit, Raspberry Ripple, Basic Black; Other – Cupcake Builder Punch, Chevron embossing folder, Peekaboo Window Bigz die, Medium Oval punch, Bermuda Bay 1/8” taffeta ribbon, Dazzling Diamonds glitter, 2-Way Glue, Simply Scored tool, Decorative Label punch, Dimensionals.
I have a video on this type of card here.
And here's the other one:
Ingredients: Stamps – Polka-Dot Pieces, Label Love; Paper – Pool Party, Strawberry Slush, Whisper White, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding; Ink – Pool Party, Strawberry Slush, Crisp Cantaloupe, Pistachio Pudding, Basic Black; Punches – Elegant Butterfly Punch, 1-1/4” Scallop Circle, Artisan Label, Bird Builder, 3/8” corner rounder; Other – Strawberry Slush 3/8” Ruffle Stretch Trim, Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Sticky Strip, Dimensionals.
This is a double wiper card. I don't have a video or a tutorial for this, but there are excellent instructions in the book!
I've been super busy this week because of a very large workshop I had last weekend that I was winding up plus I was coming down with the flu when I was at the workshop, so I have been recovering from that. I ended up taking two days off work. Luckily, I had finally started earning some paid time off last yeare, so I had some to use!
