Moon Lake — Stampin Up
For some reason, I always think this set is called "Moon River" and of course, that song starts playing in my head when I think about it. I'm thinking that was probably the working name of the set, but because of copyright issues maybe, it was changed to Moon Lake. "Mooooon Layake, wider than a mile…." Nah. Doesn't have the same cachet, does it?
Before my big workshop, I had this set and had not used it yet, just because a) I have a bad habit of placing a big order with preorders and b) I don't usually have time to use everything I order, at least not right away. But my hostess loves this set and wanted me to use it in the workshop. I already had a coloring project lined up and didn't want another, but I sat down with it to see what could be done by way of a sample. I'm pretty darned pleased with it…hahaha, no, that's not true, I LOVE IT!!! Lookie:
GOJUS!!! (YILM!) It's also MOJUS! but I don't want to limit this to men, because I think any woman would love getting a card like this. More views:
I colored the goose with my Aqua Painters and sponged the edges with my sponge wedge.
I love the Typeset DSP and the Woodgrain embossing folder with this image!
