Winnie & Walter Winter Wishes redux

Winnie & Walter Winter Wishes redux

I posted a great card with this set the other day using my Brother ScanNCut to cut out the skating penguin images. What I didn’t tell you is that at the same time I cut out the two puffins in the same set and made another card. Lookie:

STINKIN’ CUTE!!! I love these little guys! I colored them with Copic markers and cute them out with the SNC.

I created the sky with the Salty Ocean Distress Oxide pad. I stamped the snowflakes with the Delicata White Shimmer pad. I colored in the slope and sky behind the sled to make it fit better into the landscape. I added little accents with my favorite Sakura Stardust pen.

I stamped the greeting with the Lipstick Red pad from Simon Says Stamp and heat embossed with their Rainbow Sparkle embossing powder. I added a couple of more snowflakes with the Sky Blue Brilliance ink pad. I added a Doodlebug Silver Glitter Sprinkle down in the corner.

The final touch is a bit of Doodle Twine in Ladybug Red.

Such a happy card!

Below is my list of products that I used, and I have used compensated affiliate links where they were available, as I now participate in affiliate programs for Simon Says Stamp, Amazon, Ellen Hutson LLC, Scrapbook.com, Gina K, Sizzix, and Blick Art Supplies. Stampin’ Up! links go to my BFF Wendy Weixler’s store, who does not pay me except in eternal friendship, but you can change to your favorite demonstrator if you prefer. Buying through these links costs you nothing extra and helps support my blog and my artistic endeavors, and I thank you.

Enjoy! Ta!
