Simon Says Stamp Cheer and Joy Release – Holiday Greetings Mix 1
Sleighbells ring, are you listenin’? Wait a minute! I’m not ready to be done with fall yet, but I know it’s time to start cranking out the Christmas cards, so I was happy to receive Holiday Greetings Mix 1 from Simon Says Stamp Cheer and Joy release to play with for free so I could show what can be done with it!
I actually found myself going down to the wire to get something made because my life has been very busy lately. But this set, with it’s great variety of greetings, also has some snowflake images! I decided to pull out some Distress Oxide colors and get busy. Lookie:
GOJUS! I stamped and heat embossed the greeting and the snowflake stamps on white cardstock with clear EP. I then started applying Chipped Sapphire Distress Oxide ink over the top. I squished Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide on my craft mat and spritzed with water then picked up the color with my stamped cardstock.
I also stamped over top with the Tumbled Glass and Chipped Sapphire. I love the frosty look I got! I added some clear sequins and also some snowflakes die cut from glitter cardstock with the Rina Snowflake, which is actually a bigger snowflake, but I trimmed parts off to make it smaller.
I love this frosty look I got using the Holiday Greetings Mix 1 set with Distress Oxide inks! There are lots of beautiful sentiments that I will be using on my Christmas cards this year.
