Simon Says Stamp Diecember Birthday Wishes Circle Die

Simon Says Stamp Diecember Birthday Wishes Circle Die

It’s time for Diecember at Simon Says Stamp! I was lucky enough to receive the Birthday Wishes Circle die for free in return for creating a project to share with you. I love these kinds of dies that allow me to create a cool background to feature yet still have a great greeting to tie the whole card together. Lookie:

I stamped the Plank Background from Simon Says Stamp on some watercolor paper and heat embossed with clear EP. I then enjoyed watercoloring using my Koi watercolor set to create a beautiful rainbow background.

I then die cut the Birthday Wishes Circle die from Neenah Solar White 110 lb card stock and cut a circle of heavy vellum using my Hero Arts Infinity Circle dies. I cut the background using my Hero Arts Infinity Rectangle dies.

I popped the background up with fun foam on the card base, added the greeting layered on the vellum popped up on little foam dots. I then added some Simon Crystal Reflections sequins to the card front. I think it turned out GORGEOUS! I can’t wait to use the Birthday Wishes Circle die on more cards!
